These individuals have worked hard and overcome numerous obstacles to become trailblazers. They were actually chosen as champions solely due to their own tenacity, consistency, and inflexibility. Ladies and gentlemen, please congratulate the recipients of position awards. Give the outstanding personality (insert name here) a huge hand and tell him to come on stage to present the awards to the position holders.

Now that the first position in our organisation has been named, the pioneer and vanguard (insert the name here), I'd like to hear a thunderous applause for him or her to take the stage.

2. Let me now share the news of the second post that has been awarded to a pioneering and bright individual. This must be a guess, if there are any guesses. Because of this, (insert name here) will take the second slot; thank you for letting him/her speak.

3. Let's talk about the contestants who finished in third place. Ladies and gentlemen, as you can see in front of you, our participants have a tonne of skill and are incredibly adaptable, making them excellent at what they do.
